Revolutionary new Zeus Omega a truly game-changing charging system
The game-changing new system consists of a Zeus Omega Alternator Drive Module (ADM) placed directly at the alternator, a Zeus Omega Control Module positioned near the battery and just a single communication cable connecting the two! With no longer any need for costly, time-consuming and hard-to-install multi-wire harnesses, the result is faster installation, cleaner layouts, fewer connections and dramatically simplified troubleshooting.
Using a patent-pending distributed control system that enables one controller to communicate with one or more ADMs over a communication network, the system also offers an incredible level of future proofing.
Rather than purchasing and configuring additional regulators as power requirements increase, owners can simply add extra Alternator Drive Modules and communication cables, while maintaining centralised control through a single Zeus Omega controller.
The Zeus Omega platform also features several new patent-pending technologies that improve both reliability and ease-of-use.
Auto Engine Run Detect automatically identifies when an engine is operating and begins charging without requiring ignition-run wiring. It also improves safety if a belt snaps: Zeus Omega detects when the alternator stops turning and shuts off charging.
Emergency Charging Mode provides backup charging capability should communication between modules be interrupted, helping ensure users can continue operating critical electrical systems.
And Alternator Rotor Protection helps safeguard the charging system’s components while improving long-term durability.
Zeus Omega has been specifically designed for modern electrical systems, supporting 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V charging systems and integrating with many of today's leading electrical platforms, including Victron DVCC, NMEA 2000, RV-C, CZone and smart battery management systems. It also includes native Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity through AZ Cloud, allowing users to configure and update systems via the ARCO Zeus app while monitoring and diagnosing charging performance through AZ Cloud.
