Victron’s new lightweight Multi RS 48/6000 a high-frequency 48V/6kVA inverter/charger
In fixed applications, the Multi RS 48/6000 supports Dynamic ESS functions while giving users the flexibility to pair it with a different type or size of solar inverter. It can also be used as a direct grid connection without batteries, making it easy to start simple and add storage later.
In mobile situations, the Multi RS 48/6000 can use its advanced power management system to seamlessly hande shore power or generator connections and can even employ features like PowerAssist to blend battery power with weak external sources, routing any excess energy to safely top up the onboard battery bank.
The non-solar variant of Victron’s Multi RS Solar, the new Multi RS 48/6000 does not include built-in solar charge controllers and is now available at Lusty and Blundell’s three showrooms in Albany, Whangarei and Tauranga and through its nationwide network of leading marine dealers.
