Practical new Roam Series allows RVs & caravans to create ‘fully-connected campsite’ with ease
Consisting of a range of practical, attractive, water- and dust-proof plug-in connectors, the new Roam series allows users to quickly and simply connect to external utilities such as water and power while, at the same time, enabling them to take their onboard functions and make them readily available outside: supplying gas for their barbecue; hot and cold water for an external shower; power for their laptops, tablets or phones and even a satellite feed so they can watch their favourite show outdoors.
Featuring marine grade 316 stainless steel and waterproof to IP68 and IP 69K, Roam connectors have a click-to-close design with lids that can be either sprung fully open or, using Scanstrut’s bump feature, stay open at a practical 90 degrees.
The stylish new Roam series includes inlets for 230v power, gravity fill water and city water as well as outlets for quick-connect hot/cold water and LPG gas.
There is also a handy a multi power outlet with 12v DC, dual USB-C, Anderson 50A and SAT connections and a new electrical and utility housing, designed to be custom cut by owners to accommodate their personal switches, circuit breakers, chargers, air compressors and the like.
All Roam series connectors come complete with mounting gaskets and are available now at Lusty and Blundell’s three showrooms in Albany, Whangarei and Tauranga and through its nationwide network of leading marine dealers.
