Raymarine’s new Element sonar delivers unprecedented detail, speed & clarity

Date: 11-Dec-2018

Raymarine’s new Element range of HyperVision™ sonar/GPS navigation displays delivers never-before-seen levels of detail, speed and clarity.

With breakthrough 6-channel sonar and HyperVision™ 1.2 megahertz super-high resolution CHIRP technology, Element produces the sharpest images ever of the underwater world — with three times the clarity of conventional side and down scanning sonars!

DownVision, SideVision, and RealVison 3D sonar are taken to the next level of precision imaging and fish identification, allowing anglers to quickly identify structures, vegetation and fish with life-like clarity right down to 185m!

Despite its revolutionary sophistication, Element is incredibly easy to use. Thanks to Ryamarine’s new LightHouse Sport operating system, Element’s simple keypad controls let anglers focus on the fish, not the owner’s manual. An oversized waypoint key makes it quick and easy to mark new fishing spots, even in rough weather, while its three user-programmable keys give fast access to the owner’s favourite screen configurations.

Featuring a powerful, onboard quad-core processor, Element also delivers instantaneous chart redraw, smooth RealVision 3D imaging and fast response while underway, making it easy to instantly identify ledges, channel beds and other contour changes while passing over them.

Installation is also very easy thanks to Element’s new compact HV‐100 all‐in‐one transom transducer, which combines Hyper, Down, Side, RealVision 3D and conventional CHIRP sonar channels in the single unit.

Other features include Raymarine RealBathy™ personal sonar mapping and Navionics SonarCharts Live support; support for Raymarine LightHouse NC2 Charts with Fishing Hot Spots, Navionics, C-MAP and other regional charting options; and NMEA2000 networking for VHF, engine, tanks, and heading sensor integration.

The exciting new Element range comes complete with a trunnion mounting bracket, console mounting kit, power/NMEA200 cable, handbook and mounting hardware and is now available nationwide through Lusty & Blundell’s nationwide network of leading marine dealers.
