Level 3 Operations

We will have protocols in place to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. The three branches will operate with adequate staff to provide onsite duties, and the remainder of our staff will continue to work from home - 100% of services will be up and running!
We will also implement the following as part of our commitment to contactless services:
- All orders will be processed via phone or email
Place orders as you usually would. Our team will ask for your mobile number, we will text message you when your order is ready for pick-up. This is important as products will not be left outside and customers cannot under any circumstances enter our building. All courier deliveries will be as usual. Note: for all cash sales, we will process credit card details over the phone.
We are also set up to deliver any orders you place directly to your customers. Let us know if you would like L&B to drop-ship any orders on your behalf.
- Contactless pick-up and drop-off points
Customers will not be allowed to enter our branches during this time. Please follow the signs to our pick-up and drop-off points. You must respond to the text message you receive so that we can place your items in the collection area, please also have your order number handy, and maintain your 2 metre distance from everyone when you arrive to pick-up.
Replying to the text message with your order number ensures we comply with our contact tracing protocols.
- Service jobs will require a completed 'Service Request Form' prior to drop-off or couriered to L&B
L&B will send you an Service Request Form to complete for service jobs and any product returns. We will require the form to be completed accurately with your mobile number, email and physical address. Once we receive this form via email, we will provide you with a job number, this will be the refence number related to your repair.
- Staff will be assigned their own 'work bubble'
Each staff member will be assigned a 'work bubble' and operate within that bubble every day. Lusty & Blundell are focused on Hygiene, Cleanliness and Physical Distancing.
Please follow the signs when you arrive to any of the branches. All orders for courier will be as normal. Have a look on our website, contact our sales team or your account manager with any questions.
