Muir replacement gypsy to suit VR/C models (Vertical winches)

Make sure it is the appropriate gypsy for the chain being used on board. Correct fit of the chain to chainwheel (Gypsy) is essential for reliable and safe operation of the windlass. This can be guaranteed only when calibrated chain to a recognised international standard is used and the chain is correctly identified.

To identify your Gypsy look on the inside wall of the gypsy where the chain teeth are, and you will find a number here in one of the teeth pockets ie 99 or 120 etc .
